USWA 2025 – Amsterdam 750 Edition: Six Urban Sports at the Highest Level in Amsterdam

From May 16th to 18th, 2025, the 750th anniversary of Amsterdam will be dedicated to urban sports during the Urban Sports Week – Amsterdam 750 Edition (USWA). With just 75 days to go, the NDSM Wharf and NDSM Hall in Amsterdam-Noord will transform into the vibrant heart of urban sports. This spectacular three-day event will bring together the global urban sports elite in six disciplines: Freerunning, 3×3 Basketball, Breaking, Skateboarding, BMX, and Inline Skating. Expect a weekend full of top-tier sports, side events, culture, and unforgettable experiences!

Freerunning: FIG Parkour World Cup 2025
The best freerunners in the world, including Dutch athletes Noa Diorgina and Tangui van Schingen, will compete in the FIG Parkour World Cup in the categories of speed and freestyle. From lightning-fast routes to creative and breathtaking tricks over impressive obstacles, freerunning guarantees adrenaline and pure expression.

3×3 Basketball: FIBA World Tour Masters & Women’s Series
Fans of 3×3 Basketball can look forward to the FIBA 3×3 World Tour Masters and the Women’s Series. Top teams from around the world, including our Olympic champions like Worthy de Jong, will compete for the coveted titles. Speed, competition, and spectacle are guaranteed.

Breaking: Amsterdam Breaking Championships
The Amsterdam Breaking Championships bring an energetic mix of dance, acrobatics, and music. On Saturday, the best breakers will showcase their moves during the finals. Creativity, technique, and originality are at the heart of this captivating competition.

Skateboarding, BMX & Inline Skating
During this ‘Shred Fest,’ it’s all about action and fun. Experience three days of adrenaline as skateboarders, BMX riders, and inline skaters take to the air and display their skills on challenging ramps and rails. From beginners to pros, the NDSM Wharf will be the place for spectacle and an amazing atmosphere.

Get in on the action!
In addition to all the championships, USWA is also the place to get hands-on experience with the different sports. Through workshops, challenges, and free play, you can get in on the action yourself. The unique collaboration within USWA also allows space for art and music.

Tickets & Access
A ticket granting access to the USWA site costs only €5. For the 3×3 basketball games, a separate ticket is required, which also gives access to the other urban sports. Children under 4 years old can enter for free. Inline skating and BMX Freestyle take place outside the site and are free to visit throughout the weekend.
