Tour of Holland returns with NIBC Bank as proud partner and main sponsor
NIBC Bank has joined the Tour of Holland as main partner and sponsor, marking the return of the cycling race to the Dutch sporting calendar after 21 years. The six-day stage race will take place from 14 to 19 October 2025, visiting various regions across the country, with a prologue in The Hague – the city where NIBC Bank has been headquartered for over 80 years.
For NIBC Bank, the partnership is a natural fit. “We believe in people and initiatives that want to move forward,” says Nick Jue, CEO of NIBC Bank. “Whether it’s financing a home, building up savings, or supporting entrepreneurship – we help realise ambitions. The return of the Tour of Holland is an initiative driven by vision and courage. As a bank, we feel a strong connection to that. Just like in cycling, NIBC Bank thrives on speed, teamwork, and expertise. Moreover, cycling is deeply rooted in Dutch culture – and therefore also in ours, as a traditionally Dutch bank. This partnership perfectly reflects our DNA.”
Race director Roxane Knetemann echoes that sentiment: “The NIBC Tour of Holland is about more than just cycling. It’s about trust, innovation, and growth. With NIBC Bank as our main sponsor, we have a partner who embraces these values. We call this ‘The Dutch Way’ and we’re incredibly excited for October.”
