Simac joins as partner of the NIBC Tour of Holland
Simac, long-time title sponsor of the Simac Ladies Tour, is now also joining as an official founding partner of the NIBC Tour of Holland. The IT company from Veldhoven is thereby supporting not only the biggest women’s cycling race in the Netherlands but also the new multi-day men’s cycling race. With this step, both Simac and the NIBC Tour of Holland emphasize their shared ambition to actively foster innovation and renewal in the sport of cycling.

With Simac on board, another significant step has been taken toward realizing a successful new Dutch stage race. The NIBC Tour of Holland 2025, scheduled from October 14–19, will kick off with an evening prologue in The Hague, followed by five stages across cycling country, the Netherlands. The race will pass through cities such as Dordrecht, Etten-Leur, Limburg, the VAM-berg in Drenthe, and Arnhem.
Each stage reflects a typical Dutch character — from crosswinds and time trials to gravel sections — all aligning with the innovative spirit of the Tour of Holland. The race aims to create fan experiences in recognizable landscapes, in a safe and modern way — the Dutch Way. Spectators will be close to the action, with stages actively engaging cities, regions, and fans.
Maartje van Schagen, CEO of Simac:
“At Simac, we believe that every cog matters. As an IT company, we feel a shared responsibility for a society where sport connects, inspires, and drives innovation. After years of involvement with the Simac Ladies Tour, supporting the Tour of Holland is a logical and meaningful next step for us. This new race fits perfectly with our belief that innovation and social engagement go hand in hand.”
Race Director Roxane Knetemann is pleased with Simac’s support:
“Simac has been a reliable partner in women’s cycling for years. The fact that they now also want to help build our new race speaks volumes — not just about their belief in the project, but also about their love for the sport. For us, it’s a very important boost.”
