Final stop before Milan
During the ISU Odido Short Track European Championships in Tilburg, everything came together. Europe’s absolute top competed for the titles in a buzzing arena with packed stands.
From ice and technology to music, media, officials, volunteers and catering, everything was focused on the sport and the overall experience.
The sporting results were impressive. TeamNL dominated with 13 medals, including 7 gold, and was the strongest on almost every distance. The emotional farewell of Sjinkie Knegt on Sunday gave the championship an extra layer of meaning.
