From Potential to Euro
Beach volleyball is one of the sports in which TIG Sports & Events has seen great potential since 2010. From then on, this resulted in many international events in the Netherlands, which undeniably contributed to the increased popularity of the sport and the successes of the Dutch teams. For the fourth time (2006, 2012, 2018), the 2024 European Beach Volleyball Championship was held in the Netherlands. This time in three cities: Arnhem, Apeldoorn and The Hague. With the bronze won by Matthew Immers and Steven van de Velde, the Netherlands kept alive the tradition of winning at least one medal in front of its own audience. Several tournament days were sold out.
