Spectacle on Ice
The World Cup Shorttrack has a new name and a new format: the World Tour. A series of six spectacular races where excitement, speed, and show take center stage. This revamped concept aims to give short track skating more exposure worldwide. In the Netherlands, the sport is already immensely popular, thanks in part to the vibrant events organized by TIG Sports & Events and the KNSB. In 2025, Tilburg was the fifth stop of the World Tour, with spectators on the edge of their seats. In November, the World Tour will land in Dordrecht—a perfect opportunity to see the world’s best in action once again!
